If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

1. Return Policy
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories (e.g., case, cloth). Items that are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@alcazarframes.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item is safely returned.

3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unworn items within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange your sunglasses for a different style or size, follow the same return process and let us know the new item you'd like to receive. If there’s a price difference, we will either issue a refund or request payment for the difference.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer you a replacement or full refund.

6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
