1. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Shipping options and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
2. Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, availability, and customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders (within the country):
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100, otherwise $5.
- Express Shipping: $15.

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress via the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some locations may have restrictions or additional duties and taxes that the customer will be responsible for upon delivery. Please be aware of any import regulations or fees that may apply to your order in your country.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately at support@alcazarframes.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to resolve the situation.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Alcázar Frames is not responsible for orders that are delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure that a physical address is provided when placing your order.
